What is the project about ?
This project is about the queue issues that happen during peak period hour, where students and teachers need queue up when the line are long .
Research
substantial research in queueing theory over the last three decades, we can determine how people behave when lines are too long. Nearly 50% of customers will wait in queue despite feeling irritated.
Ideation
during this ideation phase, I started using illustrator to make my idea out, I also try to use different interactive UI concept to make fresh feeling for user.
Prototypes
For Prototyping, I use Adobe XD to create my app what I have done is to allow user to customize there order and showing how much foods in-take they are having. I also make there journey easy for payment and ordering.

NPC App is an app that help to reduce queuing line. The app itself also help the owner and the user in a way where owner get to have more business and the user get to save more time without wasting time waiting in the queue.
